Orders:
• We accept orders from trade customers only.
Prices:
• All prices are quoted ex. nursery and are subject to change without notice. V.A.T. to be charged @ 13.5% on plants & 23% on sundries.
• All prices include picture labels where available but exclude pre-price barcoded labels, these can be supplied at a cost of €0.14c per label.
Delivery:
• €40.00 for all deliveries regardless of order value and location. Extra-large specimens are delivered at cost. If no charge is applied to the orders placed online, we reserve the right to add a delivery charge after we review the order.
• Direct to site, kerbside delivery only. Off-loading will be at the discretion of our drivers. Additional charges may arise in relation to waiting times.
• Somebody must be present to accept and to sign for goods.
Discounts:
• We offer 2.5% discounts for orders over €2,000, which are paid for on delivery or collection.
Credit Control:
• Payment is due strictly 30 days net from invoice date.
• Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 1% per month.
• Legal and beneficial ownership of plants shall remain with Kelly’s Nursery Ltd. until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to uplift goods to the value outstanding should the buyer fail to pay. Accounts which run long overdue will have credit refused on future purchases.
New Customers:
• Payment with order or on delivery.
• A credit account may be opened once trade references are verified.
Surcharges:
• Minimum ordering quantity for 2L & 3L plants.
• If ordering less than 10 of a variety please add €0.25c per plant.
Complaints:
• If any, as to quality etc. must be made in writing within seven days of invoice date.
By placement of an order you agree to accept the above conditions.
